About Ashley Granger
Ashley Granger is a Family Life Specialist, Teen Mentor, Parent Coach, and newly trained Postpartum Doula with more than 25 years of experience supporting children, teens, families, and communities internationally. She strives to serve as a bridge for families, fostering understanding, stronger communication, and healthier, happier home environments. Ashley continually develops tools and programs designed to strengthen bonds between children, parents, and family systems as a whole.
Ashley holds degrees in Family Life Education and Child Development and spent a year in New Zealand training and studying. Through careful observation and a personalized approach, she creates tailored solutions for each client, helping families and individuals thrive across all stages of life — from welcoming a newborn and navigating the postpartum period, to guiding teens toward confidence and independence.
As a newly trained postpartum doula, Ashley brings her extensive experience in family life, child development, and parent coaching to support families through the newborn stage. She provides nurturing, practical, and emotional guidance, assists with newborn care and feeding, and helps older children transition into big sibling roles, promoting smoother family transitions and stronger connections. Through teen mentoring, she empowers young people to build emotional awareness, life skills, and resilience, supporting positive growth at home, school, and in the community.
Through in-home or virtual sessions, Ashley provides guidance, support, and practical tools to help families and individuals flourish, fostering confidence, connection, and emotional well-being every step of the way.
