You are already ready. You just don't have to do this alone

A Family Doula for Every Person in Your Home

Becoming a parent — again or for the first time — is one of the most profound thresholds a person can cross. It asks everything of you. Your body. Your identity. Your relationships. Your sense of self, your story, your becoming.

Most people focus on the baby. I focus on the whole family crossing that threshold together.

As a Family Doula and Family Coach with 25 years of experience, I don't show up to fix or direct. I show up to witness, ground, and remind you of something you already know deep down — that you are capable of this, exactly as you are. That you are not alone. That you are allowed to arrive at parenthood gently, in your own way, at your own pace.

What I Believe About This Work

I believe my role as a doula is to support people through transitions — not by fixing or directing, but by witnessing, grounding, and mirroring their inherent capacity.

I honor where you arrive from — your culture, your identity, your story, your family structure — knowing that transformation does not require urgency or judgment. I offer steadiness, softness, and reassurance during moments of vulnerability, change, and becoming.

I trust that you are already equipped to do hard things. My presence helps you remember this.

Above all, I walk beside you as you cross this threshold — reminding you that you are not alone, and that you are ready.

What Family Doula Support Looks Like

🌿 Emotional Support for the Birthing Person You deserve to feel held, heard, and cared for. Not just checked on. I create a consistent, safe presence where you can be honest about how you're really doing — without judgment, without advice you didn't ask for, and without anyone minimizing what you're feeling.

🌿 Newborn Care Guidance Bringing a new baby home can feel overwhelming, especially in those first weeks. I provide calm, practical guidance on newborn care so you feel confident and supported — not alone and second-guessing yourself.

🌿 Sibling Preparation & Adjustment Whether your older child is two or twelve, becoming a sibling changes everything for them. I work directly with your existing children to help them feel excited, secure, and seen — before and after baby arrives. This is where my background in child development and teen mentoring makes all the difference.

🌿 Partner & Co-Parent Support Partners and co-parents often feel lost in the postpartum season — unsure how to help, afraid to say the wrong thing, and quietly struggling themselves. I help them feel equipped, connected, and confident in their role so the whole family moves through this season together.

🌿 Life With Older Kids During Postpartum Managing a newborn while parenting older children is one of the hardest things a family can navigate. I help you create rhythms and routines that work for everyone — so nobody feels forgotten and you feel less like you're constantly putting out fires.

This Is For You If...

  • You are expecting and want your whole family prepared and supported from day one

  • You have older children, and you are worried about how they will adjust

  • You want emotional support and family guidance — not just newborn logistics

  • You want someone in your corner who understands the whole family system

  • You believe you are already capable — you just want someone steady beside you

  • You want support that honors who you are, where you come from, and how you define family

A Note on How I Work

I offer daytime and evening support only — because showing up fully present for your family matters more than showing up around the clock. All sessions are held in your home, where real life actually happens.

I am proud to serve all birthing people — regardless of race, culture, religion, family structure, or identity. I provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQ+ affirming support. Every family who crosses this threshold deserves to feel seen, honored, and fully supported. This is not an afterthought. It is the foundation of everything I do.
